Orientation and Enrollment for Incoming 9th grade Students 

Class of 2030! You are Roseville Bound, and we are excited to meet you! On this page you will find information about how to enroll your student at Roseville High School, how to select courses, important upcoming events, and registration documents. Please follow the steps below to register your student at Roseville High School.

Step 1: Complete the AERIES Online Enrollment for the Roseville Joint Union High School District. Please select '26-27' Pre Enrollment'. For directions on how to complete the online enrollment process, please Click Here.

Step 2: Attend High School On The Hill Night - January 14th, 2026 - at 5:30-7:30 pm Roseville High School.
This event will include a presentation with valuable information about Roseville High School’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, how to plan and select courses for your freshman year, and brief instructions on how to complete the RHS enrollment process.  You will then have the opportunity to experience all that RHS has to offer.  Walk around the campus, visit classes, experience student performances, enjoy a hot dog, meet our athletic coaches, and collect tickets for prize drawings at the conclusion of the event.

Step 3: Review Classes offered by Roseville High School
View the Course Catalog for information about classes offered at RHS, course descriptions, graduation and UC/CSU A-G requirements, courses of study, and sample of 4 year plan. 

Step 4: Complete the Academic Planning sheet to choose your classes for 9th grade (Due January 28th or 29th)

Step 5: Enrollment Night- January 28th or 29th - Roseville High School Cafeteria
During this event, you will submit your academic planning sheet, then meet with a counselor, administrator, or teacher to review your student's academic plan. 

DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO REGISTER

1. Current Mortgage Statement OR Rental Agreement OR Property Tax Bill
2. Current PG&E OR SMUD OR Roseville Electric Bill OR Statement of Services Started from Utility Provider  
   • NO Phone or Cable Bills will be accepted
3. Verification of Identity of Parent/Guardian
   • Driver’s License/State Issued ID OR Passport with Photo ID or Military ID 
4. Birth Certificate or a passport
5. Completed Course Selection Sheet
   • 8 classes and 5 alternates must be selected to be considered complete
   • Please check back to review our course catalog for valuable information.   
6. Complete Immunization Record 
   • Immunization records provided MUST include ALL shots required under California Law for students aged 13-17 years.
   • A list of required shots can be found here.
   • Please contact our school nurse for medical exemption information PRIOR to Enrollment night.   
7. Aeries Online Internet (AIR) Enrollment  -
   • Gather all required documents and information you will need BEFORE you begin this process.
   • Once you have submitted the online enrollment, you will not be able to re-login and use the Document Uploads feature at a later time.
   • Please do not submit until your registration is complete.  
   • Incomplete registrations will not be permitted to enroll.

Other Documents that may be needed to be uploaded with your registration:

• IEP or 504 Plan
• Inter/Intra District Transfer Approval Letter from RJUHSD
• Shared Residency Affidavit Form
  • Families sharing housing and do not have utilities or rental agreements in their names. Please note, all shared residency affidavits are verified with the assistance of our Placer County Sheriff Resource Officer. 
• Caregiver Affidavit Form
  • Required in circumstances when the student not living with a parent or legal guardian

Not receiving communication via email?  Please check your spam folder FIRST before calling the school as this is most likely the case. 

Data Confirmation is to be completed in the PARENT account.

Shared Residence Affidavit

"Shared Residence Affidavit" form is required if the family is living with a third party in our school boundaries.  The parent/guardian AND the owner/lessor/renter must provide copies of picture identification (current driver's license) and all paperwork outlined in the packet. 
All Shared Residencies are verified by Granite Bay High School Resource Officer.

Caregiver Affidavit

A "Qualified Caregiver Affidavit" form is required if the student is not living with their parent(s).  Please provide any legal paperwork regarding custody and Caregiver must provide a copy of picture identification (current driver's license).  These situations require Administrative review before enrollment can occur.

If you have recently had an address change, please provide proof of residency in order to update your student’s information.

Please provide one of either item listed below to the Registrar:

1. Current Mortgage Statement OR Rental Agreement OR Property Tax Bill

2. Current PG&E OR SMUD OR Roseville Electric Bill* OR Statement of Service from Utility Provider NO Phone or Cable Bills

*Bill must be current within the last 2 months and must be in the name of the parent enrolling student. If no bill is available yet, you can request a statement of start of service from your provide in lieu of bill.
