If you have recently had an address change, please provide proof of residency in order to update your student’s information.
Please provide one of either item listed below to the Registrar:
1. Current Mortgage Statement OR Rental Agreement OR Property Tax Bill
2. Current PG&E OR SMUD OR Roseville Electric Bill* OR Statement of Service from Utility Provider NO Phone or Cable Bills
*Bill must be current within the last 2 months and must be in the name of the parent enrolling student. If no bill is available yet, you can request a statement of start of service from your provide in lieu of bill.
