UC/CSU A-G Requirements

Students seeking to satisfy the a-g college admissions requirement must pass the 15 yearlong high school courses listed below with a "C-" or better.

To fulfill the a-g requirement, these courses must be included on Roseville High School's UC-certified course list (go to https://doorways.ucop.edu/list and use keyword "roseville").
Required "A-G" Courses
a  |  History/Social Science – 2 YEARS REQUIRED

b  |  English – 4 YEARS REQUIRED
c  |  Mathematics – 3 YEARS REQUIRED, 4 YEARS RECOMMENDED
d  |  Laboratory Science – 2 YEARS REQUIRED, 3 YEARS RECOMMENDED
e  |  Language Other than English – 2 YEARS REQUIRED, 3 YEARS RECOMMENDED
f  |  Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) – 1 YEAR REQUIRED
g  |  College-Preparatory Electives – 1 YEAR REQUIRED
