Course Change Request Process

If you would like to request a schedule change for the Spring semester, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your request by completing the google form : RHS Request For Schedule Change (form will be available December 2nd) 
     a. Be sure to read the directions on the form BEFORE completing it 
     b. Please remember that we are not able to accommodate teacher changes, period changes, or lunch requests
  2. If you have more then one request, you will fill out a separate form for each request
  3. Request must be submitted online by December 8th at 11:59 PM, in order to be considered. All forms submitted before the deadline will be given consideration.
  4. If your change is approved, you will see it reflected in your Aeries class schedule by the afternoon of December13th, 2024.

     

Please DO NOT email or call your counselor to request a class change. Simply use the form and continue to check your schedule in Aeries to see if the change was able to be made.
