If you are under 18 and have a job, you need a work permit.  All fields in the work permit application, such as your social security number, parent signature, and employer information, need to be completed. 

Download Application or pick up a blank application in the Career Center.

Submit your work permit application to Mrs. Seider.  You can pick up the signed permit in the Career Center.
