Disenrollment
Are you moving or won't be returning to Roseville High School next year?
Here are the procedures during this time on how to checkout your student:
1. Please email the Registrar, Dana Strohmeyer - dstrohmeyer@rjuhsd.us Please let her know where your student will be attending next and their last day of attendance at Roseville High School. Withdrawal papers will be drawn up that will contain a current copy of your student's transcript, their immunization record and the withdrawal form.
2. Please email our Library Media Tech, Mrs. Hernandez- chernandez@rjuhsd.us to schedule a time to bring in the student's Chromebook, the charger, textbooks and any library books owed to Roseville High School.
3. Please email our Student Services Department, Mrs. Carstens - scarstens@rjuhsd.us to inquire about any fees and fines still owed to Rosevile High School. You may also view this information inside your Parent Portal Account and so can the student in their Student Portal - aka HomeLink.
The day you come to campus to turn in all of the items, please also have your exact payment amount if paying for fees and fines. This day will also be the day you receive your withdrawal paperwork. Please be sure and let the Registrar know the date this will be (email to: dstrohmeyer@rjuhsd.us) so that only one trip to campus is made in order to follow safety procedures for on-site visitors.
If your student leaves and does not return school assets, their transcripts will be held until the assets are returned or paid for.
PLEASE NOTE: Roseville High School is on a 4X4 schedule. If you transfer your student to a school that is not on the same type of schedule, your student could end up being credit deficient. Please reach out to your student's counselor to discuss course credits and how a transfer may affect your student.
