"Tiger Cafe & Catering" is a student run business operated by members the Advanced Culinary Techniques/level 3 class. The students are responsible for all aspects of the business including quality food production, customer service, financial, business decisions. The Tiger Cafe caters on-site functions before, during and after school hours. Numerous guest chefs and professionals in the food and hospitality industry share their expertise and motivate students to combine their academic talents with their passion for food in pursuing a satisfying college and career path.
