Athletic Clearance Required for All Athletes

All students must have a completed sports clearance in order to participate in any RHS sport.

Data Confirmation is now available within your Homelink/ Parent Portal. Completion of Data Confirmation is required every year and is mandatory.

Login to Homelink using the Parent/Guardian email associated with the student account.

• If you forgot your password please click on the forgot password link.  An email will come from DoNotReply@aeries.net .

Please submit Data Confirmation for each Student. 

Steps for completing Data Confirmation:

Log into your Parent Portal

1. Click the “click here” to confirm information about your student in the yellow box
2. Go through the 8 tabs of information to review 

• Family Information
• Income
• Student information
• Contacts
• Medical
• Documents
• Authorizations
• Final Data Confirmation

4. If you have more than one student in the district click on Change student and repeat the process

If further assistance is necessary, please contact your school site office. School sites re-open on July 30, 2025

Your student(s) 2025/26 class schedule(s) may be withheld and your student may not be able to participate in school functions if Data Confirmation is not completed. Please complete as soon as possible upon receipt of this notification.  

Now Enrolling for the 2025–2026 School Year!

Enrollment for the upcoming school year is open and ongoing. All enrollment must be completed online through our enrollment portal.

Important:
To avoid delays, please upload all required documents during the enrollment process. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

Once your enrollment has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

The first day of school is Thursday, August 7th.  All students report to Moeller Gym at 8:30 AM.  School will be dismissed at 3:20 PM. 

Schedules are available online beginning August 4th.  Students will need to bring their district-issued Chromebooks to school, fully charged, everyday--including the first day of school.

Important Dates:

Monday, August 4th:  Frosh Photo Day and Chromebook Pick Up (4:00 - 6:30 PM)

Tuesday, August 5th:  Frosh Student and Parent Orientation (6 - 8 PM)

 

Monday, August 4th students entering their freshman year will be able to come on to the RHS campus to have their school photo taken.  We ask families to please arrive at the RHS Dance Studio according to the schedule below:

All freshmen will also receive a Chromebook on this date as part of the district’s Digital Equity initiative which they will use throughout their high school career in the district.  

The entire process can take up to 30 minutes depending on the number of people present.

 

Below is how Photo Day works:

• Arrive at RHS at your appointed time.  Parking is available in the front lot and the Berry Street Lot, across from Independence HS.
• Start at the RHS Dance Studio (room 800), located near the Berry Street entrance. This is where your student will have their picture taken and receive their ID card.
• After photos, proceed to the JB Gale Theater, next to the Dance Studio.  In the lobby, we will verify that the Data Confirmation Process has been completed.  (Data Confirmation Portal Opens July 14th)
• Students will then receive their Chromebook. 
• Refer to the map below for a pictorial overview.
• After getting Chromebooks, students will be able to take an individualized tour with a member of Student Government (see map below for Tour start location).  Families may also walk about the campus on their own if they prefer.

Tuesday, August 5th, we will have an Orientation program for students and parents of our freshmen students.  Here you will learn about the different opportunities present at RHS as well as what to expect as we begin this new school year.  The orientation will begin at 6:00 PM.  

Students’ Orientation will be held in Moeller Gym.  Students will enter at the Campo Street entrance.

Parents’ Orientation will be held in the Patti Baker Theater, beginning at 6:15 PM. 

Both orientation programs will conclude by 8:00 PM.

We would like to welcome all of our incoming new students to the Roseville High School Tiger Family!  We are thrilled to have your children become RHS students.

If you haven’t done so already, please be sure to complete the Data Confirmation Process for your incoming student.  This will be available beginning July 14th.  Be sure to create a parent account with your email.  There will be a large yellow banner with a link to the Data Confirmation section. 

We would like to make sure they receive a district-issued Chromebook prior to the first day of school.

Please come to the RHS Library on Wednesday, August 6th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.  Families must be sure to complete the Data Confirmation Process prior to picking up the device.

Class of 2026 Senior Portraits

All Seniors will need to be photographed by Bill Smith Photography in order to appear in the yearbook and to get your School ID Card.

Senior Sunrise

Senior Sunrise will be held before school on Thursday, August 7th.  This is an opportunity for the Class of 2026 to come together to watch the sun come up on their final year at RHS.  More details will be coming soon.

 

School Site Hours of Operation

• School sites will be open to the public through Friday, June 6, 2025.

• Throughout the summer, schools will respond to front-desk emails within 48 hours and meet with families as needed.

• School offices will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the following days;

  • Tuesday, June 10th

  • Tuesday, June 17th

  • Tuesday, July 8th

  • Tuesday, July 15th

  • Tuesday, July 22nd

Our offices will be open during the above mentioned dates/times and will otherwise be closed to the public from Monday, June 23rd through Friday, July 4th.
